VegOK, based in central Oklahoma, usually meets the second Saturday of every month to socialize, share knowledge, and plan events.  VegOK is committed to promoting vegetarianism in our community through education, interaction, and mutual support.

We believe that the reduced consumption of animal products promotes healthier lives, environmental conservation, and compassion for all life on the planet.

Everyone is always welcome whether you are new or familiar friends.  We welcome vegetarians and non-vegetarians who are interested in exploring this lifestyle.

Vegetarians of Oklahoma is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
